Heritage Day Facebook Competition - Terms and Conditions

Killarney Mall, runs regular digital/social media promotions and/or giveaways where individuals are given a fair chance to win. 

 

The Heritage Day Facebook Competition running between Friday 22 September and Sunday 24 September will be at the discretion of Killarney Mall. 

 

All participants during the term of this competition agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions: 

 

Duration:

• Friday 22 September to Sunday 24 September

 

Prize:

• 1 of 5 double movie tickets from CineCentre at Killarney Mall 

 

Eligibility and Fulfilment:

• Only comments received during The Heritage Day entry period will qualify for entry into the giveaway competition.
• This competition is only open to natural persons, at least 18 years and older.
• Shoppers must reside in Gauteng.
• Shoppers are allowed to enter as many times as they like.
• The judge's decision is final.
• Prizes can not be exchanged or sold.
• Winners will need to present some sort of identification on collection of the prize.
• Prize to be collect ed from the Centre Management office during the week from 10h00 - 14h00. 

 

Any competition entry during the competition period will follow the below process. The shopper will need to agree to the following:

• Shoppers will be notified of their winnings on/before 28 September 2023.
• Shoppers have until 02 October 2023, 12h00 to confirm their acceptance of the prize.
• All the information provided or related to this competition shall be managed, captured, and approved by Killarney Mall.
