SPRING AND SPROUT 2023 TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

As the season of renewal and fresh beginnings approaches, we're thrilled to offer an exclusive promotion to our valued customers. For a limited time, when you spend R400 or more at Killarney Mall, you'll receive a delightful gift: a free herb or vegetable plant.

All participants during the term of the Spring and Sprout Promotion agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions: 

 

Duration

 

1. The Spring and Sprout 2023 promotion runs from 1 September 2023 and closes on 30 September 2023 as per the specified date on the promotional post and/ or website. 

2. The duration of the Spring and Sprout 2023 may be extended, curtailed, or canceled at the discretion of Killarney Mall

 

 

Eligibility and Fulfilment

 

3. To qualify for a free herb or vegetable plant, shoppers are required to redeem their prize during the Spring and Sprout 2023 promotional period of 1 – 30 September 2023 between 9 am to 5 pm on Monday to Saturday and 10 am – 4 pm on Sundays and public holidays and no later. 

4. In order to qualify, shoppers are to present their Killarney Mall store till slip adhering to the below criteria:

1. Dated between 1 – 30 September 2023 only

2. From a retail store within Killarney Mall only (excluding Engen Garage and Quick Shop)

3. Any combination of till slips/receipts totaling from and over R400 will be accepted, with a limit of R3 200 per slip, per store.

4. One herb or vegetable plant can be redeemed for every multiple of R400 spent with the proof of till slips/receipts dated 1-30 September 2023 only.

5. For every R400 spent, the shopper will receive a free herb or vegetable plant subject to availability. Customers can receive a maximum of 8 plants per receipt (receipt value of R3200).

6. Multiple herb and vegetable plants are on offer weekly and are subject to availability on a first come first serve basis

7. The Spring and Sprout Giveaway promotion is open to natural persons, at least 18 years and older. Tenants and mall staff are encouraged to participate in the campaign.

8. Shoppers may participate as many times as they wish, as long as their till slips/receipts are valid during the promotional period, 1-30 September 2023.

9. Till slips/receipts will be stamped by Killarney Mall and can only be used once during the promotional period.

10. Upon redemption, Shoppers are required to submit their personal details on the forms provided and agree to opt-in to Killarney Mall communication.

11. All the information provided or related to the Spring and Sprout promotion shall be managed, captured, and approved by Killarney Mall.

12. Killarney Mall will not be held responsible for the health/condition of the plant immediately after redemption.

13. Killarney Mall will supply shoppers with care instructions, however, they will not be responsible for the condition of the plant in your care once you have left the mall.

14. The plants are organically grown and vary in size and condition, these plants are not grown with industrial pesticides and may contain bugs and deformities

15. Should shoppers wish to know more about their plants and care thereof, they may contact Killarney Mall for the contact details of the herb or vegetable plant supplier.
